At Waterwall Women's Bodywork, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

 

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will be required to be paid before your next appointment.

Refunds

We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with your massage, please let us know during your session so that we can address any concerns immediately. Refunds are not typically provided for services rendered; however, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
